Join us this Sunday for Afternoon with the Artist featuring Megan Murphy King. Megan creates ceramics, sculpture, and paintings that blend realism, whimsy, and a love of transformation. Her pottery ranges from functional planters and fountains to playful, sculptural pieces, while her paintings, done in watercolor, acrylic, oil, and egg tempera, bring landscapes, animals, and movement to life.
Megan’s work often weaves together visual art, music, and dance, creating experiences that are as engaging as they are beautiful. Stop by between 1 and 3 PM to meet Megan, see her work up close, and hear about the inspirations behind it.
